Day 01: Kathmandu-Pokhara
Arrive Kathmandu and drive to Pokhara which is also known as valley of lakes. Pokhara, the picturesque valley is blessed with green hills, lakes, forests, rivers, bubbling waterfalls and terraced gardens. Pass night in hotel.
Day 02: Pokhara
An hour's of enchanting boat ride on Lake Phewa and witness the panoramic beauty of the mountains. Guided tour of Pokhara Valley with a visit to the temples and enchanting structures. Overnight stay.
Day 03: Pokhara – Chitwan National Park
Drive to Chitwan National Park at dawn. Check in and take rest at a lodge. Go for elephant safari at Royal Chitwan Park. Stay at the luxurious wildlife lodge.
Day 04: Chitwan National Park
Elephant or jeep safari to the park early morning. Leave for bird watching in the canoes in afternoon. A local folk dance is organised in evening. Overnight in lodge.
Day 05: Chitwan National Park-Kathmandu-Nagarkot
Drive to Kathmandu and move on to Nagarkot. Enjoy an excellent view of the Himalayan range en route. Overnight at Nagarkot.
Day 06: Nagarkot-Kathmandu
Back to Kathmandu after breakfast. Stay at hotel in night.
Day 07: Hetauda
Drive from Kathmandu to Hetauda. You can see rare Ibisbill here with a visit to Shaheed Memorial Park. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 08: Kosi Tappu
Go by road to the Kosi Tappu, one of the finest birding areas in Nepal. Several rare bird species can be found here. The smallest national park of Nepal, Koshi Tappu Wildlife Reserve gives tourists a rich glimpse of avians.
After dinner, drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu
